There’s a story behind every caretaker...
From COVID to now, the line between work and life has blurred, creating a new challenge for caretakers. This is directly related to the decisions employers are making regarding onsite versus remote work. These decisions will affect how caretakers continue to provide care to their children and elderly parents while working.
Focus will include the elements of affordability and accessibility, particularly as it applies to caretaker relief.
During this solutions-centric program, a panel of subject matter experts will:
- Share data related to caregiving solutions from the early days of the pandemic through now.
- Present new benefits, options and solutions that employers have put in place to support the caretakers.
- Provide insight into whether employees, specifically women, are leaving the workplace due to new expectations in the workplace.
- Respond to questions from the attendees.
Time will be allotted for networking.
