About the Curriculum
Offering comprehensive wellbeing initiatives that communicate to your employees “We Care About You” is a business imperative. In fact, research indicates a correlation between wellbeing and organizational culture. With better retention and stronger attraction at stake, employers are wise to understand their workforce’s needs and possibly reimagine their wellbeing approaches?
Many organizations offer wellbeing programs and benefits. Some focus on physical health, while others offer a full-spectrum of wellbeing programming. Even organizations with the least resources (people, time and money) can demonstrate wellbeing as a core value through comprehensive design. This is an opportunity to be immersed in current wellbeing trends, best practices and learn from experts and employers.
The agenda will cover several pillars of wellbeing:
- Physical Health/Lifestyle - Whole/Mental/Emotional Health - Financial Wellbeing - Social/Purpose-driven
Data will be used to support.
