About the Curriculum

The number of state and local laws governing the employment and benefits relationship is growing at an exponential pace. Pre-pandemic, there were multi-state employers and single state employers. With the reality of remote workforces, how many employers can really still say that they are only single state employers? This program is designed to help employers and those who support them make informed decisions and manage the risks associated with a new reality – whether you are operating in multiple states or simply have employees working from multiple states.

If you already operate in more than one state, please come and share your hard-earned knowledge and experience.  If you (like so many) have simply been operating as usual and hoping this would all go away, it is time to recognize the new order.

Through a rotating panel-type discussion, we plan to address the following key topics:

Multi-state Businesses – When & Why?
