Category: Global Benefits
Cost: $85 member; $140 non-member While the principal focus of the recently enacted Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was on corporate and individual marginal tax rates, the Act also made a series of compensation- and benefits-related changes. These include significant modifications to the rules governing executive compensation for private sector companies and tax-exempts, as well as targeted changes to the regulation of qualified retirement plans and fringe benefit arrangements. And while the Act did not repeal the Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate, its repeal of the individual mandate will have an important, indirect impact on employers. This program will address these and other of the Act’s changes on employee benefits programs. Register Now!
